Home Coordination by joella...creating a special place to call home, was started because I love to decorate.  I've combined my love for decorating with my business background and my personal experience gained from buying and selling eleven properties since 1988. 

I see potential in places and things that others do not.  I believe that with the proper direction, anyone’s home can be a special place.  I also believe a person’s home should reflect their own personal taste and style. 

My clients are involved with their redecorating process.  They work with me and learn keys to turning their house into a home.

I can work with you to make your home visually appealing to buyers by emphasizing the size and character of your house, instead of your belongings.  Together, we’ll plan an inviting atmosphere within your home that enables buyers to see themselves moving into your house.  Some plans may suggest carpet cleaning, painting, repairs, fixture replacement, updating, and/or removing furnishings.  If necessary, a handyman referral will be made.
